Returns
All orders are processed on weekdays during business hours. Most orders ship out within 7-14 business days after processing, not including weekends or holidays, unless otherwise noted. Due to current world climate, COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays.
Please be sure all pertinent information is entered correctly prior to finalizing your order, this includes accurate apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, telephone numbers, etc...
We know things happen but unfortunately we aren’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking and carrier information which can be used to track your package or to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. Customers are responsible for filing lost or stolen claims with the carrier. Bfstylez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file any claims on behalf of the customer.
